Other nominees for album of the year are Taylor Swift’s “Fearless,” Montgomery Gentry’s “Back When I Knew It All,” George Strait’s “Troubadour” and Jamey Johnson’s “That Lonesome Song.”
I’ve been listening to Carrie Underwood new single “So Small”. What I mean by saying she’s ‘going back to country” is that her new single seems to have a more of a traditional country feel than say “Before He Cheats” or “Wasted”. The lyrics, the music, and Carrie’s voice is amazing as usual. I’d like to see this one stay around for a while, then made into a video and go number 1 on the countdowns easily.
Former “American Idol” winner and Grammy winning artist Carrie Underwood is set to release a followup album to her smash debut “Some Hearts”. Carrie hit it big with “Some Hearts”, which was certified 6x platinum and is the fastest selling debut album in SoundScan history.”Some Hearts” also produced five number one hits for Carrie, and brought her two Grammy awards, an American Music Award, and eight Billboard Music Awards.
